When you use our contact form: your name, email, business name and message.
When you browse: anonymous usage stats like pages viewed, device type and country, through Framer's built-in analytics.
We don't need sensitive personal data, so please don't send any.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and run our call. This is a step you've asked us to take before any agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To keep the site secure and understand how it's used. This is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you become a client, to invoice you and keep accounting records. This is a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We never sell your data and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Only the services that run this site and our business:

Google (calendar bookings and email)
Our accountant and the Spanish tax authorities, if you become a client

How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into work: deleted within 12 months.
Client records: kept as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires, usually 4 to 6 years.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to how we use it. Email [email] and we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at aepd.es.
